Sheet F Check operation of differential pressure switch

Does sparking start

at burner?

Does red lockout indicator

( ) glow after 10 seconds?

Replace

main switchboard

Is gas solenoid

activated?

Is differential pressure

switch activated?

Has system been filled

with water?

Fill and vent

system and boiler

Check for dirt or damage to the differential

pressure switch, supply tubes and diaphragm

Go to sheet H

Go to sheet G

Check continuity of

microswitch. Replace

if necessary. Check

connection of plug X11

to main switchboard.

If burner still fails

to light, replace main

switchboard
